Shipping Policy
 
Please make sure that you submit the correct information at check out. Due to security reasons, we are unable to change your address or payment method once you have checked out. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided, no refund will be made.

Domestic Shipping 
At this time we ship via UPS who has a 3-5 business day transit time once the shipment is picked up from our warehouse. During the holiday season, transit times may be extended.
Once your package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any damage or losses. If your order is damaged or lost please contact the courier directly. We also offer third-party insurance via ROUTE to provide additional coverage during transit.

International Shipping :
We do offer international shipping. Please be advised that Crystal Glow Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any customs or destination charges.

Return Policy
Due to our quick processing time and the hygienic nature of our products *ALL SALES ARE FINAL*. We do not issue refunds to store credit or offer exchanges at this time.
  •  If your packaged is returned due to the wrong address or not being present for delivery, the buyer (you) will be responsible for the new shipping charge. If you choose not to have us reship the package then a 50% restocking fee will apply. By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
