SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSIT TIME) We will do our best to get your order out ASAP.
We offer 3 shipping options:
- UPS (Recommended): 1-4 Business Day Transit time. At this time, UPS has not had any delays in our metro area.
- USPS First Class : 3-5 business day transit time
Once your package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any damage or losses. If your order is damaged or lost please contact the courier directly. We also offer third-party insurance via ROUTE to provide additional coverage during transit.
International Shipping :
We do offer international shipping. Please be advised that Crystal Glow Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any customs or destination charges.
Due to our quick processing time and the hygenic nature of our products

- Please make sure you are choosing your desired colors, shipping, and payment method as we are not able to change them after your order has been placed.
- IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO NOT BEING HOME FOR DELIVERY, INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, OR REFUSAL we can reship it one time. The buyer (you) will be responsible for the new shipping charge. If you choose not to have us reship the package then a 50% restocking fee will apply. By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
WHOLESALE MEMBERSHIP POLICY:
- WHOLESALE MEMBERSHIP CHARGES ARE FINAL.
- Your card will be charged $29.99 on a monthly basis. You are free to cancel your membership at anytime by logging into your account at www.crystalglowco.com/account . Recurring payments are securely processed by Stripe. IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL AFTER BEING CHARGED YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR THE PREVIOUS PAYMENT. HOWEVER, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE. By inputting your card information you are agreeing to these terms.
